Hamari Pahchan is a non-profit organization based in Delhi. As its name suggests, it seeks to empower socially and economically marginalized communities in India by helping them find their own voices and identities. For this, it undertakes several targetted interventions, specially focussing on areas like education, unemployment, hunger, and menstrual health awareness.
