The Demonstrating Dignity Database seeks to serve as an accessible information resource for elderly individuals seeking employment, through offering them a pathway to find opportunities for work. By highlighting corporations that prioritize diversity and inclusion, specifically in terms of implementing elder-inclusive hiring policies for elderly individuals, our aim was to create a publicly available database that allows the elderly to seek work at places that value experience and resilience.
